What I do / 我在做什么
706 is a community experiment that grew out of living together — a group of people sharing a space, who then needed a system that could actually carry their collaboration. I build the things that system needs: automation that takes repetitive work off people's hands, tools the community can use itself, and research written up well enough that others can cite it.
706 是一个从共同生活长出来的社区实验——一群人住在一起，然后需要一个能真实运转的系统来支撑他们的协作。我的工作是把它需要的东西建出来：让重复劳动不必再由人承担的自动化、社区自己能用的工具，以及写得足够好、能被别人引用的研究。
Four kinds of work / 四类工作
01Operations运营
Keep the day-to-day machinery moving — tasks, tooling, events, and the recurring work a community accumulates. The goal is that anything happening for the tenth time should not need a person the eleventh time.
让日常机器转起来：任务、工具、活动，以及一个社区不断堆积起来的重复劳动。目标是——第十次还在发生的事，第十一次不该再需要一个人来做。
02Media媒体
Get it out, and keep it. Publishing to WeChat and Xiaohongshu, archiving group-chat material, cutting meeting recordings into something publishable — turning a 12-day residency or a 5-day camp into a page people actually read to the end.
让它被看见、被留存。公众号与小红书的发布、群聊素材的归档、把会议录像剪成可发布的东西——把一个 12 天的驻留或 5 天的营地，做成一页别人真的会读完的页面。
03Research研究
Turn experience in the field into something citable. Fieldwork on co-living and community forms, whitepapers, open social-science datasets.
把田野里的经验变成能被引用的东西。共同居住与社区形态的田野观察、白皮书、开源社科数据集。
04Writing写作
Find the voice. Style transfer across authors and translators, narrative design for retrospectives, and the raw-material work that has to happen before any of it.
找到声音。跨作家与译者的风格迁移、回顾长文的叙事设计，以及这一切之前必须完成的素材整理。
